When I had powdered milk at my discretion, there were other times, I used to do it quite often, now less often, because powdered milk is a bit expensive.

RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade chocolate:

A syrup is made from water and sugar, suitable for binding. Add the cocoa and after boiling, remove from the heat and add the butter and rum essence. Separately mix the powdered milk with the raisins, roasted walnuts and hazelnuts. This mixture is added to the above syrup and mixed until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Pour between two sheets of wafer and press well.

Cut cold.
