  • 500 g sweet cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g cream
  • 100 g ground sugar
  • Lemon essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g flour
  • 200-300 g cherries

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cake with cheese and cherries:

Remove the cherry seeds and cut the cherries in half.

Mix (using a vertical mixer) the sweet cheese with the yolks, sour cream, ground sugar and lemon essence. Add the flour and mix well.

Beat the foams with a pinch of salt and add over the cream cheese with light movements. Add the cherries and mix gently.

Pour the cream cheese into the greased pan and place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.

When it passes the toothpick test, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool, then gently pass a knife over the edges of the tray and loosen the ring from the tray. After it cools completely, portion it.
