Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla essence until a uniform, thick and lush foam.

Add yogurt, butter, sifted flour and baking powder for dough. Beat everything again until a homogeneous liquid mass is obtained.

Step 2: add the blueberries.

Rinse the blueberries and dry them thoroughly. Add two-thirds of the berries to the dough and a spatula, so as not to crush them, mix.

Step 3: bake blueberry muffins.

Fill the cupcake molds 2/3 with the dough, and pour the remaining blueberries on top.

Preheat the oven to 170-190 degrees and bake blueberry muffins until golden brown, the readiness of the dough can also be checked with a toothpick.
After allowing the muffins to cool, garnish them with icing sugar and serve.

Step 4: serve the blueberry muffins.

Cupcakes go well with tea, you will try them and you will immediately understand that it was not in vain that they baked pastries in the oven.
Enjoy your meal!
