Ingredients

Cakes

  1. Flour 5 tbsp. (200 ml)
  2. Cottage cheese 9% 200 g
  3. Eggs 3 pcs.

  5. Vanilla sugar 1 pack. (8 g)
  6. Baking powder 1 pack. (10 g)

Cream

  1. Sour cream 20% - 1 kg to taste
  2. Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
  3. Thickener for cream 1 pack. (10 g)

Cake decoration

  1. Chocolate black 30 g
  2. White Chocolate 60 g

Step 1.

Stir eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add the cottage cheese and stir well again. Gradually pour the flour and knead the dough. Sprinkle the table with flour. We spread the dough and divide it into 8 parts. We roll each piece of dough into a thin layer. I bake such cakes on the bottom of a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm. For this, I simply turn the mold over and lay out a layer of dough on the bottom of the mold. I cut the edges of the dough. I bake each cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes. From the rest of the dough, I get a small cake, which I bake a little longer, so that it dries stronger.

Step 2

While the cakes are cooling, beat the sour cream with sugar and thickener for cream. But you need to beat not very much. Since the cakes are hard, it is necessary that the cream is not quite thick. Set aside a few tablespoons of cream aside. Each cake is greased with plenty of cream and spread on top of it another. So we spread all 8 cakes. In no case do not press. They themselves will settle down gradually, absorbing the cream. Break the last crust (from the rest of the dough) into crumbs, add them to the set cream. Stir and grease the edges of the cake with this cream.

Step 3

Sprinkle grated white chocolate on top of the cake. Sprinkle the edge with dark chocolate. We leave the cake to soak. At room temperature for 5-6 hours or in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. A very tasty cake is ready. We invite relatives to the table and eat with appetite.
