  1. Chicken legs 12 pieces
  2. 1-2 carrots
  3. Parsley root 1-2 pieces

Step 1: prepare the chicken legs.

Salt and pepper the chicken drumsticks, mix well and leave for a few minutes.

Step 2: chop the vegetables.

Peel, rinse and dice all vegetables, except tomatoes, and celery and leek in circles.
