Cooking:
Collect fresh mushroom umbrellas in the forest. Trim the leg, wash and dry the hats.Prepare a batter: in a deep dish, beat 2 eggs, add salt, pepper, crumbs of a dry umbrella, mix well and gradually introduce flour while stirring continuously.
In the finished batter, dip the caps of the "Umbrellas" and fry in vegetable oil on each side until golden.
