- Chicken fillet 500 grams
- Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot (large) 1 piece
- Apples 2 pieces
- Zucchini (grated) 1 cup
- Cream 30% 100 milliliters
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot pepper 1 pinch
- Dill 1 bunch

Frying pan, knife, spatula, grater
Step 1: fry the chicken.
Cut the chicken into large pieces, salt and pepper. Dip the fillet slices in flour and roll them well on all sides.
Sauté fillet in oil over high heat for 1st minute from each side. Then shift from the pan to the plate.
Step 2: fry the vegetables.
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in oil over medium heat until transparent.
Add the grated carrots to the onion and fry with the onion for another 2 minutes.
Then add grated zucchini and grated (necessarily peeled) apples and stew still 1 minute.
Step 3: prepare the sauce.
Add a glass of boiled water (hot), put pieces of chicken and simmer without a lid for 5 minutes.
At the end pour the cream, stirring constantly, season with turmeric, salt, black and hot pepper and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
Simmer for 1st minute, and then remove from heat, let rest (so as not to have boiling water) and serve.
Step 4: serve the chicken in a sauce with zucchini and apple.
Serve the chicken stewed in a sauce with zucchini and apple, hot, probably, rice will be the best side dish, but I will leave it at your discretion.
