Ingredients for making pasta with chicken in tomato sauce
- Pasta 500 grams
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Vegetable oil optional
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce (here with basil) 1 small can
- Water 50 milliliters
- Cheese 100 grams

Step 1: cook pasta.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Cook in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. If it does not indicate how to cook pasta al dente, simply reduce the written cooking time by 30-40 seconds.
After boiling, drain the water.
Step 2: chop the chicken.
While cooking pasta, cut the chicken into small cubes and salt. By the way, for cooking pasta, you can also take chicken thighs, cleaned of skin and bones.
Step 3: prepare the sauce.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, send chopped chicken fillet to fry in it. Cook the meat by stirring until it is slightly browned and changes color on all sides.
Pour the tomato sauce diluted with water into the chicken. Bring to a boil and let it boil for a few minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: add the pasta to the sauce.
Add boiled pasta to the hot, boiling sauce. Shuffle.
Leave everything to simmer over medium heat, and then stew again 2-3 minutesso that the liquid evaporates.
Step 5: sprinkle the pasta with cheese.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater (you can take any kind of cheese, to your taste).
Sprinkle the grated cheese pasta with chicken in tomato sauce, remove from heat, cover and leave for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 6: serve the chicken pasta in tomato sauce.
Serve pasta with chicken and tomato sauce hot immediately after cooking. You can decorate it with fresh basil leaves and other herbs of your choice. It turns out a simple and very tasty dish! Put it on plates and enjoy a wonderful and hearty dinner.
