We will prepare the necessary products. We carefully wash the potatoes and leave them with the peel. We clean the onion.

Cut the onion into quarter rings. Put the onions in a pan with vegetable oil. Add butter and cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Before softening.

Cut the meat into small pieces. We remove the onions from the pan and fry the meat there, over high heat. The main thing is to catch meat protein. We cut the potatoes into round pieces and begin to put everything in the ducklings. Put the potatoes in the first layer.

Add the tomato paste over the potatoes. This is followed by a layer of meat and a layer of onions.

Alternate again potatoes, meat, onions. Pepper a mixture of peppers.

Pour some water to the level of the remaining ingredients. Salt on top.

Cover and send to the stove. Be sure to monitor the moment of boiling. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover again and simmer for at least an hour.

Over time, add a sprig of fresh rosemary. Cover again and leave on fire for another 10 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs.
