Ingredients
For cooking zucchini
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Paprika 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l
- Black pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
For the sauce
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp. l
- Chile liquid 0.3 tsp
- Dill greens to taste
- Main ingredients: Zucchini, Garlic, Greens
- Serving 2 servings
Inventory:
knife, cutting board, large bowl, baking sheet, baking paper, bowl, tablespoon, teaspoon
Cooking:
Step 1 - Marinate the zucchini.

Cut the zucchini into arbitrary cubes. Pour olive oil into a large bowl, add garlic, paprika, passed through the press. Spread in a bowl of zucchini, add salt, pepper to taste, mix very well and set aside to absorb the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2 - Bake.

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the zucchini, after having dipped abundantly each bar into the breadcrumbs. We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send a baking sheet with zucchini into it for 20 minutes.
Step 3 - Sauce.

To prepare the sauce, put mayonnaise, pasta and liquid chili in a bowl. Add chopped dill and, after mixing, let it brew. Enjoy your meal!
