  1. chicken fillet 350 gr
  2. zucchini 4 pcs.
  3. vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  4. large onion 1 pc.
  5. garlic 3 cloves
  6. ground caraway seeds 2 tsp
  7. chilli flakes 1 tsp
  8. tomato sauce 300 ml
  9. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  10. mozzarella cheese 100 gr
  11. cheddar cheese 100 gr
  12. salt to taste
  13. sour cream to taste
  14. cilantro leaves to taste

Boil chicken and split into fibers. Coarsely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into a pan and add chili pepper flakes to still cold oil. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with tomato sauce. Put the rolls. grease the rest of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and mozzarella. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. When serving, add sour cream and fresh cilantro leaves.
