Step 1 - Preparing the berries.

Wash and peel the cherries. It is advisable to soak cherries in water for 2 hours so that the worms come out. Sprinkle pitted cherries with sugar and send in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.

Step 2 - Cook.

Before you make jam to cook, pour gelatin with cold boiled water. Place a pan of cherries and sugar on a medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the jam begins to boil, cook it for 10 minutes.

Step 3 - Pour.

Remove jam from heat and add gelatin, stir and pour into sterilized jars. Turn the lid down and wrap it until it cools completely.
