  1. Zucchini 400-450 gr.
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Flour 4-5 tbsp with a slide

  8. Cheese 80 gr

1. Grate zucchini, salt and mix. Leave for 5 minutes to let the juice flow.

2. Squash well squeeze, crush the egg, sour cream and flour.

3. Put zucchini dough in a pan greased with vegetable oil, fry for 10 minutes under a closed lid over moderate heat.

4. Cut the sausage and tomato into rings. Grate the cheese. Chop the garlic and basil very finely.

5. Turn the zucchini pancake over, put the garlic with basil, half the cheese on top, then sausage and tomatoes, and the remaining half of the cheese on top. Then you can continue cooking in a pan. Pour some water under the zucchini base and cover. Thanks to the steam that forms, the cheese will melt faster.

6. Or you can put the casserole on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
