knife, spatula, frying pan, grater

Step 1: prepare the fillet.

Make incisions on the fillet crosswise. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated lime zest. Grease the fillet with olive oil.

Step 2: fry the fillet.

Put the fillet in a preheated pan and cook until a beautiful golden crust is on both sides.

You can rotate the fillet several times until you achieve the desired result.
You need to fry about 4 minutes from each side.
Put the chicken out of the pan.

Step 3: add chili and garlic.

Chill the rings and chop the garlic. Put them in the same pan in which you roasted the chicken, add a tablespoon of oil and sauté for a couple of minutes, then return the chicken to the pan and mix it with chili and garlic.

Step 4: bake chicken with lime and peanut sauce.

Mix the cream with the peanut butter and pour the sauce over the chicken, then put everything in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Step 5: Serve the chicken with lime and peanut sauce.

When the sauce becomes the desired consistency, and the chicken is baked, serve it to the table, sprinkled with fresh chili peppers and green onions.
Enjoy your meal!
