- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Broccoli 1/2 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese 50 g
- Natural yogurt (or sour cream) 150 g

Step 1: prepare the dough.
Steam or broccoli in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until soft, then cool and chop very finely.
In a plate, mix eggs, milk, yogurt (sour cream), add grated cheese and finely chopped ham and onions. Salt, pepper, add spices. Beat the whisk very well.
Step 2: bake muffins with broccoli and cheese.
Lubricate the cupcake tins, lay the pieces of broccoli on the bottom, and pour the egg mass on top.
Bake in preheated 200 degrees oven for 20 minutesso that the mass seizes and becomes covered with a golden brown on top.
After allowing the muffins to cool for 10 minutesand then remove them from the tins and serve.
