  1. Eggs 3 pcs.
  2. Broccoli 1/2 pcs.
  3. Parmesan cheese 50 g
  4. Natural yogurt (or sour cream) 150 g
  5. Milk 1 tbsp.
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Nutmeg to taste
  9. Chili pepper about taste (cereal)
  10. Ham to taste

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Steam or broccoli in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until soft, then cool and chop very finely.
In a plate, mix eggs, milk, yogurt (sour cream), add grated cheese and finely chopped ham and onions. Salt, pepper, add spices. Beat the whisk very well.

Step 2: bake muffins with broccoli and cheese.

Lubricate the cupcake tins, lay the pieces of broccoli on the bottom, and pour the egg mass on top.
