We grease the cakes that have risen after proofing with a beaten egg, put the baking tray with the cakes in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove and grease the hot cakes with apple syrup, let the cakes cool and serve them on the table, laying them on a suitable plate.
