Ingredients for Cooking Braised Chicken with Cabbage and Vegetables
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Cabbage young 1/2 head
- Onion 2 pieces
- Tomato 1 piece
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Water or 1/3 cup broth
- Herbal salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, lid, spatula.
Step 1: prepare the fillet.
Wash, dry and chop the chicken into small cubes.
Pepper the chicken, salt it using herbal salt or delicious salt to add flavor to the meat.
Step 2: chop the vegetables.
Cut the onion into half rings, the tomatoes into cubes, and the bell pepper into strips.
Step 3: fry the chicken with onions.

Step 6: add the cabbage.
Add the cabbage to the pan to the other ingredients, pour the broth or water here, cover and cook everything for 15 minutes or until the cabbage is soft and most of the liquid has evaporated. Remember to stir all the time.
At the end, add chopped tomato and grated or minced garlic and stew still 10 minutes.
Season the finished dish with butter and pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 7: serve the stewed chicken with cabbage and vegetables.
