From my grandmother's reading, some fragile and sweet furseco-biscuits very easy to make, which made my childhood happy. We called them sacherlach from the caster sugar they are sprinkled with.
- 2 large eggs or 3 smaller ones
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1.5-2 cups flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2 teaspoons baking powder quenched with lemon
- vanilla or lemon peel
- optional raisins or pieces of chocolate
- sugar cough pt. sprinkled
Servings: 20
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Sugars:
Whole eggs are beaten with sugar until dissolved. Add the oil gradually until incorporated. Put 1.5 cups of flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and rooster. If the dough looks too runny, it can be filled with a little flour. Then optionally chopped raisins / beak / hazelnuts.
The oven tray is lined with oiled baking paper. Take weights with a teaspoon and place them on the tray at a distance, because they grow and flatten. Sprinkle each with caster sugar to make it crunchy
Bake on the right heat, taking care not to burn. They are removed while they are still golden. Delicious with coffee or vanilla ice cream !!
