RECIPE PREPARATION Cake in post-wave waves:

Put the composition in the tray and then put a teaspoon of cocoa and mix.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 160 degrees

it's a good and tasty fasting cake type cake and I think it's available to anyone.

Mix the ingredients for the dough. I used cold margarine and a sandy composition came out so I added a tablespoon of warm milk and finally I got a dough that I could spread in the tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 C and bake for a few minutes 5 max. It does not have to be fully cooked, only half.

Then I mixed all the ingredients for the cream. At that moment I realized that it will be a little so I added the package of cream cheese, I adjusted the amount of sugar and I put a spoonful of flour because the cheese I used was not very runny.

After the sheet in the oven was half baked, I took it out of the oven, poured the cream and put it back in the oven for 25-30 minutes, but I reduced the temperature to 175-180 C, because the cheese composite must be baked, but to remain white on top not browned.

Before 5 minutes of removing the cake from the oven, I prepared the icing, ie I frothed the 4 egg whites with the sugar and a few drops of lemon very hard. I put the egg white icing over it and made "waves" with a strawberry syrup and again I put it in the oven on low heat (100 C) to dry the icing for about 15 minutes.

First we prepare the top. In a large bowl we rub the soft butter with the sugar until we obtain a creamy composition. Then we add the milk, rum and eggs, one by one, mixing very well after each one.

Incorporate sifted flour together with cocoa and baking powder.

Transfer the dough to a tray (23 x 33 cm) covered with baking paper. I wet the paper before and mold it well on the tray.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C, until it passes the toothpick test.

Let the countertop cool in the pan and take care of the cream.

In a saucepan put the milk with the semolina and the sugar to boil. After it boils, leave it for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Then add the soft butter, the coconut and mix vigorously (or mix) to homogenize the cream well.

Put the cream on the counter and spread it evenly with a spatula, then the melted chocolate together with the milk.

Let the cake cool for an hour and then we can cut it.Bounty cake it is very good and I wholeheartedly recommend it, good appetite!

The egg whites are mixed with foam with a pinch of salt and incorporated into the yolk composition. Stir gently, with movements from the bottom up. Pour the composition into a 25 × 35 cm tray, lined with baking paper. Bake the pan in the oven heated to 180˚ and bake for about 25-30 minutes. After the top is baked, leave it to cool in the pan.
Preparation of the cream. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar until it becomes frothy. Over the composition add the cheese, the essence and continue mixing.

Preparation of the icing: The pudding is prepared according to the instructions on the envelope, and instead of milk the 800 ml Fanta is used. Mix until it thickens and when it is a little warm pour it over the layer of cream. Let cool for two hours, then the cake can be cut and served.

Method of preparation:

For the next step, beat the cream with the hardener sachet until it thickens and add it to the vanilla pudding, then mix well. This cream spreads over the Danube Waves cake. Now it's time to melt the chocolate with the whipped cream, leave it to cool and then spread it over the cream.

At the end, we draw waves on the entire surface of the cake with a fork and thus we get the delicious Danube Waves cake.
