First we clean and wash the chicken and let it drain. Season it well inside and out with the fuchs spices, and leave it in the fridge (in a covered bowl) for 3-4 hours. Fill a bottle with water and place in the seasoned chicken. Place the chicken in a pan in which I put the wine, crushed garlic and bay leaf. Put the tray in the preheated oven, over medium heat for about 2 hours. We add more wine to the tray when it drops, or water. From time to time we take out the chicken and pour over it, with a spoon, the juice from the tray. When ready, allow the chicken to cool slightly and then remove from the bottle. We will have a tasty and tender chicken. It can be served with various garnishes and salads. Good appetite!
